Pai Lum
From Southern China to Clermont. Pai Lum is a Family style of southern Kung Fu. This 5 animal system has the virtues of Tiger, Crane, Leopard, Snake and Dragon.
Kung Fu Kenpo and Tai Chi
- Gong Yuen Chuan Fa Kung Fu is a longer range art with influences from Plum Flower and Shao Lin.
- Bok Leen Pai Kenpo is a short range style that was influenced by Hung Gar Kung Fu. This style has fantastic techniques and lighting fast hands
- Young Tai Chi is a derivative from Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. Calm, smooth, balanced and precision are at the heart of Tai Chi
